Let your light shine

I’m tired of bad news, and I am sure you feel the same. There’s crime and hate everywhere. Today, instead of being anxious and sad, I am going to try to focus on gratitude and joy. I have love inside of me. I have a family that gives me love. Shine bright for Him today. Here are some bible verses about light, to cheer you up. Have a great day.
1 John 1:5
This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.
John 8:12
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
Matthew 5:14
You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden.
Matthew 5:16

In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

Philippians 4:6-7

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

Matthew 6:25

25 “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?
